Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. It usually takes 1 to 3 days to process an order. we will attempt to cancel the order during this time period, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Center for return instructions.
Shipping FAQ's
Q: Can I ship my order to a different address?
A: Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue.
Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A: Shipping charges vary according to product type, method of shipping, and destination.
Most products in small quantities are ship Priority Mail (because they offer less delivery time and is cost effective to the customer) and larger quantities or packages are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Select products offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee.
Q: I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
A: We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Q: Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
A: If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.
Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

Q: What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
A: Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:
Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.
Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.
Q: Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
A: State tax is applied to an item if Cendant Corporation or the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship UPS and Priority Mail. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, and Priority Mail usually takes 1-5 days.
Q: Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
A: Yes. Since our merchandise is shipped via UPS or Priority Mail,a P.O. Box address can be used.To Ship via UPS (a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery). If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address,(the product must be shipped Priority Mail). We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O.

Q: Why won't the sleeve slide up to the top?
A: Make sure the tapered end of the sleeve or (the thin end) is toward the top of the club. using one thumb to push, and using the other thumb to spread the gap in the sleeve to slide it to the correct position.
Q: Chip-N-Pitch extension doesn't fit Over the grip?
A: If the extension won't fit over the grip, slide the sleeve down by putting a finger of one hand in the gap, and using the other hand to turn the club head.
Q: The extension isn't tight or wobbles?
A: Also if the extension doesn't fit tight then you need to slide the sleeve up farther till there is a snug fit.
Q: I'm having a hard time getting the sleeve off? Why?
A: To remove sleeve, grab the head of the club with one hand, and with the other hand reach under so the sleeve is in the palm. Using the first hand rotate the club so your fingers will fit in the gap. Rotating the club with the first hand and pulling the side of the gap in a downward action will free the sleeve for easy removal.

Q: Why does it feel awkward to grip the club?
A: If it feels awkward, you're going to be the one to improve and get the most out of it. KEEP USING IT! Make sure your hands are on the grip, this will also help to promote better control.
Q: How big of a swing can I use?
A: We recommend not to exceed waist high to waist high. Keeping the extension point straight at the target in the back swing.
Q: How often should I use it?
A: Use it every time you practice, to make sure you don't develop any bad habits.
Q: Where should I keep Chip-N-Pitch when not in use?
A: To store, put it in your bag so you will always have it when you need it, and know where it is.
